These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the DRESSED BY DIVINE website and your engagement with our styling, creative direction, and concierge services ("Services"). By applying, booking, or working with us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

We offer a Style by Spirit Concierge service, including personal styling, brand and creative direction, and related offerings such as "Apply to be Hand Picked" and "Resurrection" (our 6-month to 1-year engagement). Specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for each engagement will be outlined in a separate agreement or invoice prior to work beginning.

2. Application & Selection Process

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. We select clients at our sole discretion based on fit, availability, and alignment with our current capacity. We reserve the right to decline any application without obligation to disclose our reasoning.

3. Bookings, Deposits & Payment

  • A deposit may be required to confirm your reservation or booking, as noted at the time of booking.

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Full payment terms (including any installment schedule for longer engagements such as Resurrection) will be provided in your service agreement or invoice.

  • Late payments may result in paused or delayed services.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand life happens. Cancellation and rescheduling policies (including any applicable notice period or fees) will be specified in your individual service agreement. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to continue in the program.

5. Client Responsibilities

To get the most from our work together, you agree to provide honest, timely information (including style preferences, measurements, budget, and goals), communicate openly, and show up prepared for scheduled sessions and fittings.

6. No Guaranteed Outcomes

While we bring full devotion, honesty, and creative expertise to every engagement, we do not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to business growth, follower counts, income outcomes, or personal transformation timelines. Styling, brand, and creative outcomes vary based on many factors outside our control.

7. Intellectual Property & Portfolio Use

All creative concepts, mood boards, brand direction, and original content we create remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. With your separate written consent, we may feature photos, videos, or your story in our portfolio, website, or marketing. You may request removal of your content from future use at any time.

8. Third-Party Vendors

Some services may involve third-party vendors (photographers, tailors, contractors, venues). We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or quality of work of independent third parties, though we will make reasonable efforts to recommend trusted collaborators.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, [Your Business Legal Name] is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

10. Respectful Conduct
